This 60 sqm Deluxe Family Apartment is the central part of the Residences.
It is a true home, equipped with all comforts, and can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 adults plus 2 children or 3 adults.
The spaces are cozy and typical of the houses in the Historical Center, characterized by arches, niches, and frames in local raw stone, tuff.
Inside, you will find a large handcrafted masonry kitchen, welcoming and fully equipped; a small living room with a sofa and an olive wood coffee table, a dining table with 4 stools; 2 bedrooms, one master and one secondary, and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, you will have access to a private terrace, furnished to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners under the pergola that supports our beautiful Bougainvillea.

• mid-week towel change for stays of at least 6 nights

• On request, cribs and high chairs for infants and/or children up to 3 years old are available free of charge

• Daily cleaning, or as needed, available on request, at a cost of € 25 per day
